The firm V.Seshadri and Company was one of the two firms selected by the CREDAI/FAIRPRO* panel to investigate the marketability of the titles of the real estate ventures, offered by the participating builders.

* CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developer's Associations of India). The Foundation for Fair Practices in Property Development (FAIRPRO) was originally incorporated in the year 1999 by a few top property developers from Chennai.

Motivated by the guiding principle of a level realty playing field through the introduction of fair practices in property transactions, the Foundation has indoctrinated several industry best practices and norms.

FAIRPRO assimilated the Code of Conduct and guidelines of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), which is the apex body of the organized real estate developers/builders across India, and has, over the years, institutionalized several reforms and initiatives, culminating in the Chennai's biggest ever property event with FAIRPRO 2008.

One of our long standing clients was recently awarded the CNBC/CRISIL Award for the "Best Legal Systems" for two years in a row [2007 & 2008], At we V.Seshadri and Company we take pride in the fact that we have substantially contributed in helping them achieve the same.

The award was decided based on the clarity of title, and the comprehensive agreements and documentation done for their various projects.
