Transactional Real Estate Division
Mr.V.Seshadri, Founder Partner, began his apprenticeship
under Honourable Justice.S.Jagadeesan, (Retd), Judge of High
Court, Madras.
Mr. Seshadri soon discovered his passion
for real estate conveyancing and documentation. His hardwork
and determination helped him found M/s.V.Seshadri & Company,
as a law firm specialising exclusively in real estate documentation
in the year 1989. With exceptional skills in isolating intricate
and hidden facts, Mr. Seshadri soon established a stellar
repuatation. His ability to read through complicated documents
and identify authentic, legal and marketable titles is legendary.
Being an astute observer, his greatest talents lies in his
ability to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.
His other strengths include his mastery
in drafting legal documents with ease and understanding, alertness
and responsiveness to statutory changes and the real estate
market conditions.. His area of special emphasis includes
structuring real estate joint ventures.

Ms.Charumathy, Senior Partner, began
her apprenticeship with Ms.Anna Mathew, and later sought specialization
in the field of conveyancing and documentation. Ms.Charumathy
blends intelligent analysis with clarity of expression. Her
invaluable skills bring great strength to the firm. She drafts
complex agreements and unprecedented MOUs in a simple, lucid
manner that enhances the comprehensibility of the documents.
Ms.Charumathy places clients at ease and counsels with finesse
offering solutions to complicated real estate transactions.
She is also actively involved with social service organizations.

Ms.Leela, a Senior Associate, is a Graduate from Mumbai
Law College. She has been actively involved in verification
of title deeds and drafting varied deeds. Ms.Leela, has been
with the Firm since 1999 and has handled many large transactions
of many of the firm's clients.

Litigation Division
Mr.S.Rajasekar, Senior Partner, began
his apprenticeship with Hon'ble Justice Mr.S.Jagadeesan .
An active member of the Madras Bar for the past 20 years,
he spearheads the litigation wing of the firm and has wide
experience in all forms of litigations. He also assists the
firm in title investigation which is one of his strengths.
Besides taking active part in the affairs of the Madras Bar
Association, he has been Legal Consultants for various institutions
including a few Nationalised Banks.
